include new documents?

does anybody know if one can include new educational documents with the I-140 application - documents that were not a part of the labor application?

in other words, if i file for LC, while still pursuing a degree, and then after labor comes through (based on whatever education+experience i had at the time of filing), can i include the new degree earned when i file the I-140 application?

any help will be appreciated.

You can certainly update, but the crucial consideration is the qualifications and experience required in the LC, on the date that the LC was filed.
