Hi Experts,
I am Canadian citizen and has 21 years of good travel history to US.
Also got 6 times TN visa. Extensive travel. No issues
Daughter 20 years old US citizen. Currently in Canada but planning to go to US for higher studies after 2 years.
Family ties in US
Problem: I applied for 7th TN and officer denied TN stating " Documents misinterpreted/ Fraud" and told me to apply for waiver.
What is the process. Should I hire attorney. How long it will take.
Any benefits or shortcut through family in US or through daughter.
Please advise.
