In US on H4 & filling I-130

Hi,

I am in US on H4 dependant Visa and I am from India. And my dad is a US citizen.
He wants to file I-130 for me under F3 category.

Is there any reason, why beneficiary should not travel to US under visitor or dependant visa when their file is getting processed?

Or wording it otherwise:- Is it required or advised that I should not come to US when my Petition is getting processed for immigration?

Traveling on H-4 should not be an issue. Most other NIVs do not have that luxury.
