In U.S. on B2 can she travel to mexico just for experience.

I have a friend from Asia that is here on B2 visa. My mother suggested we take her to visit mexico to show her a little more than just our culture. She is legally here and has her passport but i am wondering would she be allowed to leave into mexico and then return without trouble.

Depends on 2 things. 1) depends whether her nationality requires her to have a visa to visit mexico, then she needs one to go. 2) only if her B2 visa is multiple entry and valid will she be able to come back in to the US if she leaves. All the best

If a B-2 visitor travels to Canada or Mexico for less than 30 days and does not surrender their I-94, one does not need a multiple entry visa to return.
