in Tax return,How to deduct the fee used for applying GC?

Hi,all,

Anyone here can tell me how to deduct the fee used for GC in my tax return?
I spended about 5000.00 totally to apply GC, can it be deducted from Tax return form?

Itemize deduction

If you itemize your deduction you can file this under the
subj to 2% AGI. This is possible because this is a work related expense. (You can\'t go on working legally here if you don\'t have the papers). This is a requirement for you to work, therefore you can deduct this in your tax return. Also you might want to see an accountant and verify this claim
