Election result has something to do with it

Neberaskans are mostly republicans. Now that bush got elected, they should be happy and are probably approving lot of cases.

when take a look at approval analysis reports at nupnet:

in NSC, 2002 approval is 891/1928 around 50% only!
2003 is 14/741
2004 is 7/146
back to 2001 is 1259/1663 about 76%

buddies, any comments about those data?

I am not sure how much reliable is that data.
Cause I am scanning Dec 26th 2002 RD records - My partial record for this date has 57 filers(Note: it's partial). The rupnet data states for whole Dec 2002 there are only 129 filers.
In my partial list out of 57 so far I have seen 5 approvals; a lot
