in namecheck more than 3 years - did anyone hear anything yet?

Hi Guys,

The deadline to complete all namechecks pending 3 yrs is by end of this month. If anyone of you came to know that yours(which is pending 3 yrs) have been cleared..could you please post it here?
OR
is it that it will still take a couple of months for them to get ILs so in May we will not see any activity?

Lets say it takes 2 months for them to send ILs then...

waiting for 3 yrs will get ILs in August 08
waiting for 2 yrs or more will get ILs in October 08
waiting for 1 yr or more will get ILs in Feb 09

Does this sound realistic..(based on assumption the namecheck target is met)

Not sure if it because of FBI deadlines or something else. At this point, I can't even believe anything CIS say. But per congressman letter, finally after 3 years and 8 month, the FBI name check is completed. I got a new fingerprint notice for next Saturday. Hoping for the best.

If anyone here did a similar finger print and then eventually got the approval, could you please post the time frame??
