In light of the immigration bill, should I leave?

My petition for an H1B was turned down and I am scheduled to leave the country at the end of June. However, pending the resolution of the immigration bill, it might actually be advantageous for me to stay illegally and then register under the "not amnesty" provision of the bill. Has anyone looked into this carefully?

Why do you want to take a chance?

What is the gurrantee that this bill will pass? What if it doesn't pass and you overstay? You are screwing up your records.

If you really wann stay here just stay ... This bill is going to pass ..might take some time but it will definitely pass.. So my suggestion will be just stay and hangin there .. what recods you are talking about .. being illegal is more advantageous .. better than being legal and get scre**** by your employer ..
