In just 4 days...

Hey everyone! That's it, I passed my test today! The guy congratulated me and said that I should wait for an Oath letter and the ceremony will be in Tallahassee (thank goodness I do not have to drive to Jacksonville again).

The test was easy and the whole interview took 10 minutes.

Congratulations!!!! The oath ceremony will be in Disney,..so be prepare for another drive...lol!!!!!!!!!!!

There's not really much to say. I came there on time. Was called in on time. The interviewer asked me basic questions like: What is your address? Do you still work at the place you listed in the application form? Have you ever voted in a federal election?

He wanted to see my GC and passport. He also asked how long I stayed outside of the US in the last 5 years.

Then he went onto the civics lesson questions:

Who was the first president?
Where is the statue of liberty?
What did Martin Luther King do?
Who is the governor of Florida?
What promise do you make when you become a US citizen?

And I do not remember the 6th question he asked.

Then I wrote and read one sentence, signed a bunch of papers and that was it.
 
Thanks for posting your experience. I am having my interview at the end of the month in Jacksonville.
One question about the work place you have listed in your application, is still the same place you used to work that sponsored your GC? I am just asking because i changed jobs since and was wondering if IO was checking that.

No. I have changed 3 jobs since then. He asked about my current job.
