My labor is pending from July 2001 in MD and is in Phily DOL currently. I am already in my 7th year and will end in Aug 2004.

Can I file for another one year extension or is it the end for me ?

Can I change the employer when I am in 7th Year extension ?

I am planning to go to another employer who has approved labor certification

Your suggestions in this case will be appreciated

---yes if LC is still pending file before 7th year H1 expires or you can file 6 month advance of your I-94 expiry

---YES, remember LC is NOT portable if you are looking for GC stick with the same employer till LC gets approved and employer file I-140 and I-485
I am planning to go to another employer who has approved labor certification
----- you can do if you qualify to use that LC , better go to lawyer with copy of that LC and make sure you are eligible to use that LC becase you need to have same,skills, education, exp before the date that LC was filed
