Importing Car Already In US

Hello,

Has anyone been able to import a vehicle after already arriving in the US?
I read somewhere that you are able to get customs paperwork regarding an import of a vehicle at most major US airports.
Just trying to avoid a trip driving 4 hours to the POE land border so just curious if it's possible to import at an airport.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes, unlike for an entry via, you do NOT have to go to the border. Any POE (airport, port, office) can handle this
 
I am in TX and driving 4 days to Canada seems like a waste of time, has anyone imported a personal vehicle by filing the import paperwork at a Texan airport?
 
As was already stated, this can be done at any POE, including those at airports or sea ports.

can I take it back to canada in future without paying of hidden taxes or custom duties at border or some where else?

2) Is it there any issue i can face to sell usa car in Canada?

What does it mean by Importing First here?

Is it not importing car if i drive usa car to canada. Importing car is some thing else? Please explain more...

- Yes, but you will have to "import" it officially at the border (not just drive across the border). It requires paying taxes that depends on the value of the car. Also, you will need to make modifications to it, if needed, as per the Canadian Vehicle laws.

- Yes, once you are able to import and register it in Canada.
