i wnat to apply the next DV-Lottery, my husband and I are in USA also have a baby who born here. My questions. he is divorsed and have a daugther..
- in my application form i need to mention her or not? and
- what about my baby he is American i need to mention in my application?
- What about the pictures for all is better scan?

PLEASE HELP ME to do my best in the next DV- lottery. I think i did somethings wrong last two lottery....

Children born in the USA do not need to be listed!

his daughter needs to be listed in both applications - yours and his, unless the daughter is married, over 21, or a USC/LPR.
