FAMILY BASED GREEN CARD-THROUGH MARRIEGE.
MY WIFE IS A US CITIZEN AND I CAME HERE WITH A VISA 10 YEARS AGO, I FILED BEFORE WITH MY EXWIFE 7 YEARS AGO, but we didn't continue after the interview she was missing a simple tax form that was all, we just had too much """ family drama""" and ignored everything..
Now I am ready to file with my new wife 7 years later, YES both marriages are real I have kids with my current wife and my exwife and with my new wife we've been married over 2 years we just didn't file because once again, i was kind of lazy about it.
I work because I have a social security card and I have to file taxes and support kids and all that, my wife makes really good money and me too we both work in banking...
my main concern is the following, since I work and all that, do we file 2 affidavit of support forms i-864? and or how do we handle that one?
