Employment based petition. I-140 approved as of 5/16/2001 from VSC.
Classification is EB-2/RIR/india and current on priority date.

I am in the process of filling out all forms (I-485,I-131,I-765 etc). No lawyer involved. Have the following questions. Gurus pls help:

1) Can I file for these petitions rightaway or do I have to wait till NVC
gives my company an immigrant number. I think all the people I know of, and if they are current, need not wait for anything and apply for I-485.

2) Do I have to file form-I-134 for my dependent wife. Affadavit of support.

3) Forms ask for A#. I do not have it. So, question is do I leave the column blank?

4) I was told by my company and also I-140 states that I have to file all
applications (even if they are employment based) with Local INS. The local INS then transfers the case to VSC. Is this procedure correct?

5) My local INS is Arlington, Virginia as my LC and I-140 are approved when I was in Virginia and my company hq is in Virginia. But I have moved to Delaware and I am working for the same company (and jurisdiction is still VSC). Will it really matter if I put Delaware address and file application in Arlington VA or should I buy a PO BOX in virginia (as I was a resident of Virginia-9 months back and address forwarding will only last for one year)
