Hi All,

I am presently working for a company that has sponsored my GC, my 485 is pending and recently got an RFE, for which I have replied to USCIS, my 485 ND is Jan 2002.

I have the following questions:
1. If I leave my present job will that effect my green card at this stage.
2. If my employer goes ahead and revokes the I-140, will that effect the GC processing.

A reply would be highly appreciated.

Case 1 : SHouldn't
Case 2: Also shouldn't but with INS you never know. They may by mistake deny and you may have to fight on it.
