yes, you are. you are a political asylee all your life. your G/c has that MARK on it.

If you work for international organization, you will have to id yourself as a citizen of COP or "stateless protected by Geneva Convention".
 
Talked with two lawyers and it looks I should be "stateless". INA says "if asylee acquire a new nationality" implies I am stateless. I always put my COP in I-94. Now I kinda regret it.
