Important Q on AP.

Hi guys,

What will happen if a guy is outside USA on AP and if there is a problem with I-485 like "intent to deny" or something like that ? Can we safely enter into the country to respond to INS' query or not ?

Based on my understanding, yes, you should be allowed to enter. Please check with your lawyer.

"Intent to deny" is a notice, not a denial. So you should be able to enter using AP.
