Important PERM questions

I have a meeting with the lawyer today. Was wondering if someone can suggest any questions to ask?
My category would be EB3 I think. Master's plus few years experience.
No retrogression since not belonging to India, China, Phillipines.

Some of the questions I had in mind are:

How soon and how many times we can re-file in case of denials?

Since this is a contract position, do I need to be paid atleast a minimum hourly rate?

Can I file I140 and 485 concurrently in EB3?
Someone told me I could.


If there are any other questions someone can suggest, I would appreciate it.

This lawfirm is known to be amongst the best in our city.

I do have a question realted to EB-2 if you could ask the lawyer.
It may not be releavant to you though.

Q: In determining the min. qualification for a particular job title - is the education mentioned in the Job Zone is important or the one mentioned in the Education and Trainining Code is important, if both are different?

The only thing I was able to find out related to this is that Job category for EB3 is 4. The minimum requirements is a Bachelor's.
For EB2 the job category is 5.
