Important: I-94 surrender after receiving GC

I got my GC - actual card on Mon. Now, I am planning to go overseas. On I-94, I am getting different opinions, please share your inerpretation.

I was issued an I-94 #1 at port of entry, stapled to my passport.

Later I got H1 extension and a new I-94 is printed at the bottom of this approval, I call it I-94 #2.
Thereafter, I got another H1 extension and thus a third I-94 # 3 printed at the bottom of H1 approval notice.

Question is: While exiting US, which I-94 should I surrender:

(a) None
(b) Only I-94 # 1 that is stapled to passport.
(c) Only I-94 # 3 as that was most recent I-94 right before getting GC
(d) all three I-94sPlease do reply.

Just give back whatever paper ones you have. I probably have a half-dozen I-94s attached to approval notices lying in my files somewhere.
