This is a clear example of the Rapidigm recuiters deceptive lies. If you don't verify what those dicX Sucking recuiters say, you may end up feeling sorry for your actions.
As a matter of fact Rapidigm was never a listed company. They do not have any employee stock option plans. Rapidigm was a blend of some of punk ASX copanies merged around 1996/97 time frame. They have no uniform rules across the board. They have no consistent employee hand book (ofcourse they have one employee hand book, but you open next time rules are already changed by then).
Some people like "taurus02" are lucky to fed with silver spoons when they were in projects. Like he admitted, any consultant are prone to be dumped like dirt bag after project is over.
