i `v heard (my lawer also said)that according to New law..If you exit US using advance Parol,you cannot get the Green Card for 10 years.
is it TRUE?
any comments pls?

It is impossible to be true, accoding to common sense.
You should fire your lawyer, or maybe he or she is NOT even a lawyer. You found wrong person to deal with your very important green card, i am sorry for you!!

What a bunch of bull? I know what the background this crap story is: this relates to the 3 or 10 year bar if you wilfully fail or overstay.. If you have advanced parole there are no issues.. Secondly, exiting USA is never a problem.. It is always a problem to enter. Also, to get GC, all they look for is current and valid status during your entire stay in USA in the past..
