Implications of AC21. Please read

Hi,

I would like to know if there have been any cases where an employee switched jobs within 180 days of applying for I-485 (I-140 approved). If so, what are the implications that it might carry. Please reply, as this is would be very important and helpful to people like myself.

Thanks for your insight.
But, is it necessary for companies to pull back their I140s, per law?
How common for companies to do so? I work for a large corporation who would do it if it is law - no doubts.
