Impact of the INS changes

Hey Guys what do you think about the new article in CNN regarding revamping the INS. How do you think will this effect the processing that is already underway....

Just ignore for the time being.

It\'s waste of time to discuss as if anything is implemented, it will be from fiscal year 2003 of INS ie. after or from Oct 2003. Now it is just a proposal and discussion time. After that law is be passed.Then someone has to sign. Then to be implemented.So.... many things.
