Impact of name change on an existing H1B Visa & Petition

I'm an Indian Citizen working here for my employer in US on H1B.
I have been here in US since November-2006.

I plan to go to my home country for a couple of weeks on vacation, during which I intend to get my name changed legally.
I can produce all the documents that show that legally I have changed my name in my homecountry and accordingly get my name changed in passport as well.

Will this changing of name have any bearing on my H1B visa and petition?

Can I still come back to US after my vacation and work for the same employer on the same H1B & petition?

What exactly is the procedure that one has to follow in this case and how long it will be?

Please advice.
 
you can do name change in usa and infom uscis regarding it get new passpot and then go for stamping after u get ur new i-94 .

changing in india adds etra burden upon u to do the procedure contact a lawyer

namechange outside the country tiggers suspesion and etra dministrative processing for ur future stampings
