Hi,
Today, I talke to IIO and she just asked the number and asked when you
contacted last time my answer was two week ago..Then she said since
congressional officer are talking to us in your case we can not tell anything
about your case we can tell to them. Then I said Thanks Very Much !!!
Accroding Senator Office that My case is in Transit State...
Anybody know how long it will take to approve or Any Comments on IIO Reply..//

I received a letter from Congress woman, which was received by her from NSC-INS.

Explaning all the issues, including if applicant is enquired thru congressional person once, then all enquiries should be thru congressional office. This is to avaid conflict information between IIO and congressional representative in INS.
So, don\'t worry.

Hi ramukesi,

I got 3 REFs from October until February while my friend who applied the same time with me got approved last September.
-First REF for both my wife and I about the nonimmigration status, and medical exam for me (the doctor forgot to check in one box)
-Second REF for me only about nonimmigration status and medical (Ins does not like the redone medical)
-Third REF about the nonimmigration status (INS confuse about my status because I got approved from my parent for my 485, and they don\'t know what to do for my 485 base on employee)
Please, let me know there is anyone who has many REFs like me. Thanks.
