Has any one of the fellow gc aspirants who were previously working in India in TCS, Wipro which used to have a bond with employees , received any summon/ notice from the company if you did not honor the bond and came to US and if you have disregarded this notice has it affected your gc process.
What do gurus advise on this
 
Nothing to worry

Well, i left TCS around 4 years back, i infact worked for them for 5 years, out of which 3 years was in UK. They kept sending me all kinds of notices, i dis-regarded all of them. They stopped bothering me after a year. Now my green card processing is under way, i have applied for my I-485 around 6 months back. Sofar i had no problems. There should be none, however some of my former TCS collegues were sceptical about getting the green card through consulate processing, some say we may have problems if the consulate contacts the company about our details when we worked there before.
