Hi,
I did not submit my immunization records at the time I applied for my I-485 on my lawyer's advice. I am not with the lawyer any more. So can I submit my immunization records to the INS by myself? If yes, what are the list of documents to submit other than the following.

1. My medical records from India.
2. I-693 (filled by an INS authorized doctor)
3. receipt of I-485 (??)

Thanks in advance

Wait for BCIS to issue an RFE. Get the I-693 filled by the authorized doctor. The doctor will decide based on yout medical records what vaccinations you will need. BCIS does NOT need medical records from India.
Why did the lawyer advise you to send I-485 application WITHOUT medical reports??
