Acc. to ImmigrationWatch.com VSC has around 45000( in 2002) + 40000 (in 2003) + 9000(in 2004) cases filed for I-140.
Out of that they processed 35000 (2002) + 20000 (2003) + 2000(2004)
So that means around 35000 (2002 - 2004) applications not processed or RFE not approved or withdrawn cases.
I am not sure I understand how they say they are processing cases of Aug,2003 when they have pending 10000 cases from 2002.
Does any one understand this logic? or what is the process really involved.
My worry is My RD 08/20/2003. If I get approved I have to get now. If not I will be in that pending lists of around 15000 applications and my probablity of they processing my application is 1 out of 15000 applications.
I never had luck competing with 15000 applications.
I think we should sue INS for not processing
1. Based on Recipt dates
2. Misleading people that they are processing cases Aug 2003 though they have pending 10000 applications from 2002
