Hi All;
I am a newly joined member of this forum. Glad to see you all. My application for AOS (EB2) was filed in October 2001. I had my FP done in Feb 2002. I applied for EAD/AP three times.
Online message still says, the results of fingerprint was received. No second FP, no other info. I tried to call INS National help desk, they just repeated what I read online. I told them my fingerprint was expired and she says, if it were expired they would have informed me about it.

I contacted my lawyer and they say they cannot help since the processing time is still Aug 27, 2001.

When I checked BCIS webpage I found Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov ID. However, I noted that it is not for case specific questions. Do you think sending snail mail to the director anything of that kind will help?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
