immigration reform talk to affect EB1 applications?

Hi guys,

there is quiet some talk recently about new immigration regulations. Does anyone know if we should expect changes for the EB1-EA category? Could thinks get easier or more difficult?
I am about to apply for EB1-EA. Is there any time considerations that I should be aware of, or simply submit my package once I am ready?
