Immigration Reform- Allow spouse to work on H4 visa

Is their any provision in current Senate or House bill for allowing spouse to work in USA on H4 visa ?

If not how we can gather support to put this in limelight ?

H4 Spouse Work Permit

I Wish There Was - I Am Currently The Spouse Of A J1 Visa Holder (2 Years) And I Am Allowed To Work On My J2 Visa, We Are Changing To H1 And H4 Visa Next Year And I Doubt I Will Be Able To Continue Working Which Is Crazy!!
