I'm currently graduated and using my OPT, and I'm a graphic Designer. As my grandpa(US citizen) has been filed a I-130 for my father (included my mom, brother and me). But now i'm over 21, and I'm no sure if I can get my H-1B for 2008. Therefore I'm planning to apply O visa, however people is saying that they will rejected due to Dual Intent. Please, I dun want to waste my money for application, if i'm no t eligible to apply. Anyone can give me some advice. Many thanks!
