I have been charged with overstaying student visa in 2003 and been detained by ICE and placed in jail for 20 days till I had my bond hearing which I posted. My case was adjusted to PR in 2006. I am filing N-400 in few months and need your help..I will answer yes to the questions about arrest, jail and about applying for relief from removal proceedings. In this case what do I supply with my application...All these documents are in my immigration file. Thanks for the help.

Do you see a problem I could face...

If you know or had experience please let me know....Thanks.

Bring any immigration hearing documents you have to the interview.
Overstaying a F1 visa 8 years ago is not something that precludes you from naturalization.

Thanks Bobsmyth for the advice, I am planning to take a document that has the charge and another that has the judge's order.
But you are saying I should not send any with the application? My immigration case has a lot of supporting documents (3 inches long because every year you have to update a lot of documents...
