I came in Legally about 7 years ago...got married early last year...my husband and I were saving up to send out the paperwork..then we got into it ....I was arrested for simple assault...ICE got a hold of me but let me go on my own recognance...I am currently being monitered by this immigration program...I have to go to a master hearing because they are saying they cannot find me in the system coming in legally...I spoke to an attorney he advised me to send out the I-130 asap....We did ...also i have proof that i came in legally copy of visa with stamp ..boarding passes and tickets...
I am 4 months pregnant and nervous about this whole thing...Do u think my I-130 would be approved? We sent copy of lease....insurance cards...proof of pregnancy....Bills
