Immigration Attorney in Chicago / Schaumburg Area

I am not sure if this is the right post for this but does anyone know of a good immigration attorney in Chicago / Schaumburg area ? I am looking to file AC21, and wanted to get some advice on what really is involved in this.

My PD is August 2002 (EB3 India, I-485 pending since 2003) and after seeing the visa bulletin for April, I have lost all hope of getting the GC anytime soon.

By the way you don't have to file AC21.I changed 4 jobs and still got my GC without notifing INS
