And my question is...what that has to do with family immigration about somebody who get caught in something that they should not be doing in the first place?
Cherr1980,
Well... wait till you drive in OK with your friend, who also smokes weed, and you are stopped by police officer. You are going to be charged with possession, even though you were not smoking or neither handled the weed. The law in OK is that, any drugs found in anyone's car, all passengers are equally charged ...read that.... equally charged with drug offense.... So, should someone in this case be deported to his home country???? It has a lot to do with people who are wrongly accused of drug offense, and now have to be deported.
So, if you are not in such a situation, then shut up and let life continue smiling at you....

NUT.... NUT....
Lastly, if USC born here aren't deported for heinous crimes, then why are immigrants held to such a ridiculous bar of moral high ground?

I would like to see the US govt apply the same consideration to all people. Oh... by the way, next time the FBI suspect you of being with Al Queda, please let me know how you plan to have a legal representation.....

If u pay attention to legal devs. in this country, you will learn that all immigrants suspected of being with terrorists, whether those claims are true or not, can be held indefinitely in GITMO....

The best part, YOU CAN'T have a legal counsel.... NO access to federal courts....and you are going to be tortured and waterboarded....
As such, I can't wait for the Supreme Court to overturn the military tribunal law which Bush just signed....
