Other day I have received the letter that my petition for my brothers has been approved, and it has been forwarded to NVC in NH. My question is what does that mean? my bros lives in pakistan, and I have applied for them back in 2008. How long it will take for them to receive an interview call from local consulate?

Any information would be highly appreciated.
