Dear Sir,
My wife is an american citizen, born in US. She and her family moved to Egypt from a long time.
We married from 15 years in Egypt and have 2 boys (14 and 9) years
Currently she and myself are working in Egypt with good salaries and we saved almost $100 thousands in our bank accounts.
She is 42 years old and have a SSN - recently issued -.
We started family immigration visa process for all family members and now we should collect financial documents.
The questions are:
1- What is the document we should fill, I-864 or I-864W ?
2- What about "40 qualifying quarters" is that suits us -we didn't work in US- ?
3- Is my wife is qualified to transmit US citizenship to ours kids, knowing that we can not provide evidence of her physical resident in US ?
