Hello,
I would like to bring my parents to US permanently. I am a US Citizen and more then 21 years old. I have read the I-130 instruction and the documents that I need to submit along with the application. I need to submit the marriage certificate for my father. My parents county only issue marriage license, but not marriage certificates. On the I-130 instruction says that I need to submit the marriage certificate, does not say marriage license so I was wondering if that is going to be a problem with USCIS. I asked my parents and they said that the marriage documents that they have is the valid original only document of their marriage and it is international document ( translated: English,German,French etc.) The court translate the document as a Marriage License.
anybody opinion?
Thanks for your time,
