Hey guys,
My attorney's clerk told me that there might be a need to get an immigrant passport in order to have the immigrant visas issues? She is from Korea, and I believe for certain visas in Korea, you do need to get an immigrant passport from the Korean government. However, in my country (an EU country), there is no such thing as immigrant passport, as far as I know, we'll get this IVs in our current passports. Could someone illuminate this for me?
many thanks,
