Immediate help needed on passport sending

Hi,

I need some immediate assistance on sending passport for stamping:

1) With the letter there is a grey envelope, they asked to send passport & photographs in this envelope. Do I need to send the letter as well in the grey envelope??? This is confusing because the letter says exactly the following ways:

• Return original passport(s) with this letter in the grey envelope.
• Do not include any documents other than your passports and photographs in this envelope.

2) Exactly how to fedex the passport?? Do I need to put the grey envelope inside the larger express mail envelope and also include the stamped, self-addressed envelope to return the passport??

3) Are the required photographs immigration photographs or passport photographs??

Keep ur passports in grey cover and seal them

Keep that cover in fed ex envelope and send it to them . no problem they dont say anything .But dont forget to respond withing 30 days.

Also you can enclose return Fed ex envelope , usually they dont use it. they will send in USPS mail( I am not sure by Register post or not). If they use ur retrun envelope you can track them.

please create FED-EX account , dont write your Credit card #

yes , what are ever letter they sent for requesting passport , you have to include that letter.

Make a photocopy of all documents , to follow up in future.
