I got a ticket for selling a tobacco underage. That is the only ticket I got since I have came here. I paid $ 182 for that ticket. My question is: should I mention that in my N-400 form? please I am really confused about this.

Also, I have to establish a proof of evidence of continuance residency. My parents were here, but what evidence should I show them? How to get that evidence? Is it affidavit or notarized?

Thanks in advance,

Yes you have to mention the ticket and provide the court documentation for it. It doesn't meet the exemption for minor traffic violations.

Why? Were you outside the US for more than 6 consecutive months?

How can I get court documentation?

I was outside of US for 180 days due to my studies. During semester break, I cam to US for 13 days, then I have to go back for study again for about 98 days. I came back to US in May 2010. Afterwards, I just 1 trip outside of US, which was in January, 2011, about 26 days. Then I never go outside of US till now. Am I on threshold point? That's why I read somewhere to get some more evidence. Does it have to a notarized affidavit? How can I do that affidavit?

Thanks in advance.
