quagmire, the first thing you need to fight is negative attitude.
If your app is rejectable, then why approach a stable employer at all? Find a citizen employer or a gc holder friend, ask them to start a company (costs $40), and file for your H1. It's gonna get rejected, so who cares who files it .. right?
And I know this is a twisted way to fix this problem, but it's better than giving up.
