I'm soooo confused :(

Hi All

I one of my previous post I asked for your advise regarding naturalization. I'm aware that I could apply for my naturalization 3 years after being married. I could've applied 8/10 but we divorce on 9/10. Can I still apply for my naturalization now, or wait until I have 5 years with my gc?

It's not 3 years after marriage....it's 3 years after your Greencard was issued.

Actually the marriage must be atleast 3 years old and the residence period must be atleast three years sans 90 days old.
