I'm with company A. It filed for my H1 7th year extension based on company B labor petition pending for more than a year. I got 1 more year of H1 of company A.
Can I join another company and transfer my H1 to that company during this 7th year extension. Can anyone please give me some info on this.
If I change company what points to keep in mind. If I buy pre-approved labor what things to care of. I welcome your suggestions.
