I'm engaged and I win DV lottery 2011. What Should i do?

My case no: AF45*** , I'm engaged and i would like to add my fiance to DV lottery form before i send it back to KCC.

If I married after notification, does it a problem?

What documents should i send with the form to KCC? or just i fill the form and send it back?

BTW, I'm from Sudan.

Do not send the forms now.Legalize your marriage by obtaining a Marriage Certificate.After obtaining the certificate,make a photocopy to include in the packet when sending it back to KCC and as for your partner-you have to download the DS 230 Forms and complete it for your partner and add his/her photograph too.Did you include your partner in the lottery?If not,then you must be prepaired to justify your marriage on the interview day.

Even if you had incl. her you could face question about your marriage, that doesn't change a thing. If you are planning on getting married soon then do it before the interview...

It is better to marry before you go for interview. You both can apply for lottery but submitting individual appilcation........
