Hello everybody. I'm Dv-2010 winner. I'm gonna have a medical exam and interview in 1 month. I was in US twice. 1st time with J1 visa and second time with tourist visa. When I was there 2nd time they alloud me to stay 6 months and I was there 5 months and 2 weeks. Also I married while I was there but we didnt work out, so after I came back from US I started my divorce process. I'm divorced by now. What are my chances of getting a DV visa?
 
Depends on how long ago...The J visa requires to have stayed 2 years in your own country after finishing your exchange....

The divorce has nothing to do with the DV, don't worry about that...as long as you have no convictions.

Is it good or bad?

I had J1 in 2005 for 4 months.
I got married in US with american while I was there 2nd time as a tourist and I divorced from my country.

Also when I registered in a lottery I was already in divorce process but not divorced yet.
I wrote in registration form "divorced".
Before I got my 2nd NL I got divorce.
Will it be a problem?
