If IIO willing to help u, your case will be very fast.

I applied my AP and recieved the ref. I replied to INS. Since they did not get it (or lost ). One of IIO asked me to re-sent to her. I did!! I found after they recieved it the next AD approved. It is so fast I can't believe it.:D

But the Key is if they willing to help you, they can do somethings for you.
 
Called up IIO ,got nothing

I called up IIO and asked if I can find out about my I-140 EB3 /RD 11/20/02. She said she could give any info only to the attorney.

I was like trying get something out of her but no luck. :)
 
Some IIO were not help anymore. The one help me was the 4th one. She willing to help. The first 3 IIO even misleaded me.
 
When is the best time to call IIO?

Guys,
I tried calling NSC for a long time but to no avail. The line is busy all the time. When is the best time to call IIOs? What is their business hours?

u have to try calling formore than20 to 25 times .and when the iio answers he will give to the same information u know. and what ever question u ask him he would say i donot know.
