IIOs are NOT the insiders.
I called 4 times since last week. Spoke with 4 different IIOs and I could realize that they are not informed and have no authority at all.
2 of them told me "I wish I knew what was happening"
When asked about when the approvals will resume, 1 of them told me "They are fixing a computer 'glitch', but I am not a computer person so I can't help you"
GO FIGURE!!!
1 even told me that they are processing Oct/2001 RDs!!!
So basically, do not waste your time calling IIOs.
