IIOs and reliability of answers

My experience with IIO is that the day an IIO told me that it will take 2 months for me to get a FP,
I got the FP from my lawyer that was sent to a wrong address.

IIO had verified that my address was correct.

I caught the lawyer\'s office and they had missed a number in my address. Finally, I caught the FED EX package and my FP notice was delivered then. This happenned in Aug.
The automated message stillr epeats 80-160 days for the past 365 days though.

Anyhow my status is : PD: APR 97, ND: Sep 8/99 Cat: EB3 Country:India RD:Aug 13/99. FP done. I have not talked to an IIO after that (futile ?.). EAD issued twice and I think I am in the same boat as a lot of others. Hope it does not capsize.

based on my personal experience, talking to IIOs is complete waste of time. You end up spending a lot of time with totally unreliable information.

Just my opinion.
